Dr. Adam Chavez DNP, FNP-BC, FPA
Dr. Adam Chavez, has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 9 years.
He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University in 2015 and started his career as a registered nurse in the cardiac unit, intensive care unit and emergency room at Adventist Healthcare System for 4 years. Working as an ICU nurse taught him to treat the patient as a whole and not just a diagnosis.
He went on to earn his Master of Science degree in 2016 at Chamberlain University, while working at Advocate Medical Group. He returned to earn his Doctorate and graduated in 2019.
