How to get an Illinois Medical Cannabis Card in three easy steps. 

1. Schedule an appointment, consultations are $100 

2. Fill out the form and pay just $150 for 1 year or $200 for 2 years. First-time patients will need to create an account with the Medical Cannabis Pilot Program.

3. If approved online, you'll get a temporary digital card via email within 24 hours and you'll be set to head to any medical dispensary same-day.
